I cannot maintain access to the Galaxy user site for some unknown reason. It keeps dropping my connection and giving me the following message:
"Cannot connect to Galaxy
Galaxy is currently unreachable. Please try again in a few minutes. Please contact a Galaxy administrator if the problem persists."
However, there is no way to "contact an administrator" and the problem persists daily and at best I get 3-4 hrs of using galaxy before I get the message. I have tried multiple browsers, but nothing helps. Is there a fix to this?
It would be helpful if a Galaxy administrator actually followed up on this persistent problem.
Are you seeing this currently? What galaxy server are you using?
yes. https://usegalaxy.org/
I just checked and we don't see any issues with connectivity on usegalaxy.org right now. Would you like for me to check your account and see if there's something weird going on with your account in particular?
Are you familiar with the debug console in your web browser? Can you open that, refresh the page, and let me know what shows up?
Yes. This is what I see in the console:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed with logging active, version 1.4.0 jquery.js:10208 Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.
This is the only message in the console when the error modal pops up? What exactly are you doing when this happens?

Ok, it looks like there's a problem with your particular history regarding fetching collection contents. Were you trying to view a collection when this failed?
Due to the site restrictions for posting I was unable to reply to this question until now. The issue occurs regardless of any action (refresh page, click on tool, etc). At this point I cannot reach any of my data files and no fix has been applied. Because I am severely limited in the number of questions/responses I can make and the fact that this issue has been occurring for more than a week, I would like the following to be provided:
