Hello,

This is either a true cluster error or there is a problem with the inputs that caused the job to fail.

Try a re-run first. If that fails, double check the fastq data versus the tool form instructions for expected input content/format. In many cases, inputs are the root problem.

Should problems continue after that, and you are working at http://usegalaxy.org or can reproduce the problem there, a bug report can be sent in. Please include a link to this post and leave all datasets undeleted, including those from the failed job, the rerun, and the fastq data checks.

Update: Please see this post: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/p/20887/

There were recent failures due to cluster issues. Reruns are the first way to resolve failed jobs from over the weekend through earlier today.
