Question: Cannot connect to Galaxy

I'm using the main Galaxy on usegalaxy.org. I started getting the following popup about two hours ago:

Cannot connect to Galaxy

Galaxy is currently unreachable. Please try again in a few minutes. Please contact a Galaxy administrator if the problem persists.

From other posts on this forum, it appears that this issue usually resolves itself after a few hours, but I wanted to ask in case there was a known issue or problem.

The server was restarted a few times today, which can cause this UI behavior for the few people who happen to be performing an action that alters content at that same exact time. It should have cleared up by now, but let us know if you are still having trouble.

Hi Jen,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the error. I tried logging out (no error) and logging back in (error). I also tried restarting my computer after logging out. I still get the error after logging back in. The history shows my quota percentage, storage GB, number of files, and number of deleted files, but the files themselves are not showing up.
