Hi,

I want to upload data of T Cell Receptor repertoires. The data is not fastq, but rather text files that are the output of a pipeline we developed in our lab. In addition to the RNA sequence one can also obtain the relevant immunological annotations.

Can I upload this kind of format to Galaxy? what is the procedure?

Thanks in advance, Erez

Galaxy does not require data to be of any type. You could benefit from additional convenience if the data was in a format known to Galaxy but it is not mandatory.

The important question is whether there are any tools in Galaxy that can use your data as inputs.

The most convenient way of uploading large data to Galaxy is ftp
