Question: Jobs waiting to run

I've waited for a .txt file to upload for ~ 18 hours. I've now set up an account and tried re-uploading the folders, but both .txt files are reading 'job is waiting to run'. I'm fairly new to this service, so perhaps I've forgotten to do something simple, or is it a problem on your end?

Usually when you upload a file it starts processing rather quickly. I am having the same issues since yesterday. Let's hope the admins can throw some light in here.

You could try some other of the public galaxy servers in the meantime
