Hi, I've been having a lot of trouble with Trinity. I'm trying to do de novo assembly with paired-end sequences (~125 GB total). Do I need to contact the admins each time I try to run this job? I say "each time" because of the trouble with the servers. My data ran once, but it terminated abnormally, and produced an empty file. The last two times I've tried to run it, it has stayed at "waiting to run" for 3+ days. I've just resubmitted it for a third time. If there's anything else I need to do to get it to run, please let me know. In the past, I've used all default parameters, this time I specified the job resource parameters as "PSC bridges (defaut)." Thanks, Gia

Hello,
Trinity was corrected again mid-day Friday EST. Please re-run any jobs that failed.
If you have jobs that were started after that time, those will also need to be re-run (and the original grey jobs deleted/purged).
Sorry for the inconvenience, Jen, Galaxy team
