I've been trying to upload my data to Galaxy. I uploaded all files to FTP server (12 files, together around 80GB). I was managed to transfer to Galaxy only 5 out of these 12. The rest is still at: "job is waiting to run" status (for 8 hours). I tried to add them again to Galaxy and log out. Could you advice me, what I should do in this situation?

I uploaded the files via: Get data->Upload File from your computer ->Choose FTP file

my login: brzek.aleksandra@amu.edu.pl

Hello,

Jobs are running a bit slow at this time due to a high server load. It is best to leave jobs queued and let them run. If you deleted and restart, the job moves to the end of the queue again - extending wait time.

See more about queued "Grey" jobs here: https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute

Thanks for your patience, Jen, Galaxy team
