Question: (Closed) Why is TopHat not working?

I have been trying to analyze data for 48 hours now, and TopHat won't execute. It just stays with a clock on it for upto 10 hours. I have tried to restart, logout and log back in, and hit refresh several times. What seems to be the problem?
