Is TopHat not running again? I have jobs that won't start over 24 hours and keep showing it is waiting to run.

Yes, there was a problem, now corrected. Jobs should start running as the larger queues are processed. Avoid deleting/restarting jobs as this will place the new job back at the end of the queue.
