I started a tophat job about 24 hours ago and it still hasn't started running. Have you been having a problem with jobs starting or should I restart the tophat program? Thank you so much for your help and time.

As was the case here enter link description here, your queued/running jobs should now have completed (and it looks like you have new ones queued/running). There was an error with status checks between Galaxy and the cluster which meant that while your job was dispatched and ran, Galaxy was not notified when it completed. It also appears that Galaxy failed to set metadata on the output(s). You should be able to remedy this by clicking the "auto-detect" button on the dataset info page. We are looking in to the cause of these failures.

Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for using Galaxy!

Hello, thank you for looking into this problem. We are also finding the message with the tophat data:

An error occurred setting the metadata for this dataset Set it manually or retry auto-detectionhttps://usegalaxy.org/datasets/bbd44e69cb8906b54017046b28650154/edit

Do you know why this is happening? Again, thank you so much for your time.

Hello,

I received an email yesterday from a question that I had asked about Tophat not processing. I am having a similar issue with my cufflinks run. I was wondering if you could check on my data set to make sure that it wasn't the same issue where it just wasn't updating in the galaxy browser.

Thank you for your time,

Ashlyn
