Question: Tophat and Cufflinks are not preocessing

Hi, I started a process yesterday (24 hours ago) to map 6 files on Tophat, only two processed and the rest are pended since then. I tried Cufflinks for the two files that worked but they are not processing as well. I also tried to run the Tophat process again, still not processing. Is it a matter of time, or something else I should do? I need to get this done within 5 days. Thank you very much.
