Question: Unable to upload using FTP to Galaxy using Filezilla

I am having the worst trouble getting my input sequence data for my ChIP seq to transfer. My files are too big to transfer using the drag and drop, so I am attempting to do the FTP. Having tried several ways, including the zipped files, the unzipped files, and multiple tries of each, I keep getting errors of

Command: STOR 2010_LIB23381_LDI20685_GTGAAA_L007_R1.fastq.gz Response: 550 2010_LIB23381_LDI20685_GTGAAA_L007_R1.fastq.gz: No such file or directory Error: Critical file transfer error Status: Disconnected from server

or alternatively

Could not start transfer

when using FileZilla. Can anyone suggest any ways to get the data to Galaxy so I can start doing the analysis?

Where are you using Galaxy? http://usegalaxy.org, a local, a cloud, or some other public URL?

I switched to SmartFTP and it seems to have gone... so far.
