Question: Jobs waiting to run

I have had jobs waiting to run since yesterday. Is Galaxy slow in general right now or should I delete them and retry?

Deleting queued jobs and re-adding them generally delays the whole process for you since you will be re-added to the _end_ of the queue. I suggest waiting and writing an email to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org if the problem persists.

Jobs weren't moving due to a recent infrastructure change (we added some new VMs to run Galaxy's job handlers), this has been fixed and jobs are running now. There may be some delays as Galaxy and the cluster work through the backlog of jobs. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for reporting this.
