Question: Trying to see data from modMine in Galaxy

I wish to visualise Chip-Seq data that are stored in Modmine. I have first downloaded a GFF3 file in order to load it in UCSC bu I only get error messages an nothing else. Then I have used the "Send to Galaxy" option, but once I want to visualise the data in Galaxy i have the below error message.

Can you be of any help?

Extracting data from 3rd party data servers can sometimes be problematic if they are busy. Usually, trying again at a different time can help. However, since both UCSC and Galaxy had trouble obtaining the data, I would recommend contacting the help at Modmine to see if there is an issue at this time.
