Hi,

running a workflow from galaxy main is giving the following error always

Internal Server Error

Galaxy was unable to successfully complete your request

An error occurred.

This may be an intermittent problem due to load or other unpredictable factors, reloading the page may address the problem.

but considers only first 3 jobs

any inputs about this?

This indicates that the server is busy. I have run into this error a few times myself started later last evening. Please try your jobs again and meanwhile our admin is taking a look at contributing factors. We will update here if there is not a resolution in the service problems today.
