Question: Error using CloudMap pipeline

Hello,

Since yesterday, I have systematically an error occurring when I am trying to use the following CloufMap workflow on my data:

imported: CloudMap_Unmapped_Mutant_Worklfow_3-6-2014_(No Candidates).

Here is the error message : 

Internal Server Error

Galaxy was unable to successfully complete your request

An error occurred.

This may be an intermittent problem due to load or other unpredictable factors, reloading the page may address the problem.

The error has been logged to our team. If you want to contact us about this error, please reference the following

Do you have any idea what is going on here? Thank you for your help!

The problem sounds similar to another we are hoping to get a look at: Problem with Filter SAM or BAM, output SAM or BAM files on FLAG MAPQ RG LN or by region (Galaxy Version 1.1.1)

In your case, the workflow is a known (no modifications, direct from Cloudmap Page at http://usegalaxy.org, correct?). So, if you just want to share a link to your history and this post, it would be enough for troubleshooting. If you happen to have the guru meditation error, then please send that in as well, or we can see if another one is generated in the reproducibility testing.
