Could anyone help me with this problem?

This problem remained 12 hours and I tried different computer and network, nothing works.

The problem here is that you're not signed up for the appropriate AWS services.  Make sure you have signed up for S3 and EC2 and try again.

I'm updating this launcher to expose the error message and make it more clear.
