Hi,

I'm processing exome data (enriched with Nextera kit) in Galaxy. After mapping the reads using BWA-MEM and having sorted the BAM file using with Picard, I'm now trying to run Picard in order to mark and remove PCR duplicates, but I always get this error: "This job was terminated because it used more memory than it was allocated". Could you help me?

Thank you!!
