Another question came in just recently about memory failures. The same advice applies to you - in short, check your inputs first, then submit a bug report if you need help, and finally move to a server with more resources if actually needed (very large data). The FAQ in the post includes instructions for sending in a bug report if working at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org or can reproduce the problem there.
