Question: heat map generation in cummeRbund

hello, i am not able to generate heat map on my data in cummeRbund. it shows the following error :

This job was terminated because it used more memory than it was allocated. Please click the bug icon to report this problem if you need help. i tried solving this according to the galaxy support manual but still i am not able to create heat map. what could be the problem?
