Apologies if this is the wrong place to post but I couldn't find any contact details anywhere on Galaxy webpage other than this and I don't have a bug to report as such.
I'm wondering if there's a way that the lovely people on the Galaxy team could possibly clear my memory/storage for me? I have purged deleted datasets from my history. I did delete histories too but I can't remember if I clicked delete permanently or not which might be the problem. Perhaps these histories could be deleted permanently for me?? I'm at 100% usage and I'm trying to run a new analysis and can't.
