Question: Megablast 454 data

Dear Galaxy,

I uploaded 454Contigs.FASTA file and 454Contigs.QUAL file on Friday 27th November.

The FASTA file contains 98 contigs ranging in length from 109 to 542 bases. The size of the file is 493.52 KB.

Unfortunately this job is still waiting to run. This is the first time I have used Galaxy and I would be most grateful if you could provide me with some advice on how to successfully analyse my data.

The job is most likely queued. Wait and allow it to process. Stopping and restarting jobs will only place the new job at the end of the queue (you'll lose your original place and wait longer).

This is how datasets are processed and the visual user interface notation to understand current status: Support#Dataset_status_and_how_jobs_execute
