Question: Operation not permitted for file upload via ftp galaxy.ncgas-trinity.indiana.edu

Hi,

I have registered a Galaxy-trinity account, and was able to login via ftp galaxy.ncgas-tinity.indiana.edu. However, I couldn't upload the file through FTP. it shows the error as "550 file.fastq: Operation not permitted". Please let me know how should I do to receive the permit to be able to upload the big files at Galaxy-Trinity. Thanks,
