The FTP server name is usually the server URL. https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Get_Data:_Upload_tool_used_with_FTP

For Galaxy Main, this is usegalaxy.org.

For the public Galaxy Orione, this would be orione.crs4.it - IF they have FTP enabled and configured with the default URL (I'm not sure).

Contacting the owners of the server would be a good idea. You will need to do this anyway to establish a larger account quota and to access certain functions (if you do not already have this type of account there): https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/PublicGalaxyServers#Orione
