Question: Problems to access and refresh Galaxy pages these days

Dear Galaxy team,

Recently (about two weeks), there are problems to access the galaxy webpage, saved histories and many commends regarding refresh the page. For example, it could take over 10 min to swish from a saved history to another, and often ended up shown "Grid reflesh failed". In addition, most of the jobs also stop running for few days, including uploading system, FastQ groomer, Bowtie, Tophat, Cufflinks, and others. Would the problems possibly been resolved soon, or it could take more time? Thanks,
