Hi all,

If I installed local galaxy and use postgres as the database instead of the default one, does upload files function work like the same?

Regards

Not Found

The resource could not be found.
This link may not be followed from within Galaxy.

I constantly get the error above but I have change the library_import_dir = /Users/galaxy/ and allow_library_path_paste = True

The database choice does not affect how upload works.

As to your other question (with the error) please try to provide a better description on what you are trying to do and when and how it is failing.

Hi, I was trying to upload files from the local file system directory under a non-root user. I installed the local galaxy under another user in my mac as well and it works fine. This happened after I followed this "Running Galaxy in a production environment" tutorial and installed the Galaxy local, but I didn't set up the nginx proxy server.

Does this mean it is resolved?
