Question: Need help with "Upload File" tool

How do i upload my >6 GB files via FTP? I'm using  WinSCP to upload my file but when i plug in my username and my passward to usegalaxy.org server, it only says access denied.

For the username in the ftp login, make sure that you are using your registered email address and not public username. The password is the same as your usegalaxy.org password.

Thanks. I was using SFTP so that's why cannot login in the database.
