Question: Error Uploading From Ftp Site

All of a sudden I can not upload any files from the FTP server. The files upload into my ftp directory fine, but when I try to upload them into galaxy, I get the following error: "Error executing tool: normalize() argument 2 must be unicode, not str" any ideas?
