Question: Need help with "Upload File" tool ftp

I'm trying to ftp in.  I've used SSH file transfer tool and putty, and the result is essentially the same.

I put the host in as usegalaxy.org (in putty open usegalaxy.org).  I get a message about the cache key, which I say y to, (in putty I am prompted for my username, which I enter as my e-mail), I enter my password, and it does not accept it.

(in putty I get Access Denied, SSH just pops the password box up again)

FTP server at ftp://usegalaxy.org/ is running fine. Try openning the address in your browser to make sure that you are using the right credentials.

You're trying to use SFTP instead of FTP, that's likely the problem.  Try using FileZilla (https://filezilla-project.org/) with a standard FTP connection, and my guess is it'll work.
