Does anyone know how much disk is allocated for each account for galaxy?
And when the actual usage is updated? I know it is not updated right away because when I deleted some history, the % of usage did not change right away.
Thanks.
Zhiyong
Thank you, Martin.
But even I didnot decrease the percentage of my usage. Even I deleted all my history, it still shows that I am "using 65%" of my quota. Is there anywhere else I might still store the data? How can I empty everything? Thanks again.
Zhiyong
Hi Zhiyong,
Is this still problematic? You confirmed that 'deleted' history/datasets were converted to 'permanently deleted' in the "Saved Histories -> Advanced Search -> all" view (accessed through the History menu)? Other sources of data in a quota include "Histories Shared with You" - unsharing will unlink them (also under History menu), although to reach 65%, this may be an unlikely source. Should you still have issues, please write us at galaxy-bugs@bx.psu.edu, share your Galaxy Main account's email address (instance at http://usegalaxy.org), your user name here (to aid in tracking issues), and we can investigate further. If you are not working on Main (or our Test server http://test.galaxyproject.org), contact the administrator for the instance you are working on, directly - only they can help from here.
Best, Jen, Galaxy team
