NCBI SRA Tools -> Extract reads in FASTQ/A format from NCBI SRA.

I ran into this bug the last time I used this tool. The reads ended up taking too much space but when I tried to delete the fastq dataset list, it didn't update my disk usage.

Please help, thanks

Also, just to confirm, I am aware that I need to 'Delete Permantently' regarding the datasets

Hello,

I recalculated disk usage for your account at http://usegalaxy.org and it is now much lower, around 80 GB.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

In my experience, I go to the history cog icon and click "purge deleted dataset"
