I set up a Galaxy instance using Cloudman for the first time today. Everything was working fine and I completed a few simple test analyses successfully. I then decided to update Galaxy using the update function in the Cloudman admin panel, from respository http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-dist". The update appeared to work and all the services were restarted successfully. However, now my history pane in Galaxy is blank. If I go to saved histories I can see my previous history, however I cannot get anything to display in the history pane, which, of course, renders Galaxy unusable.
Has anyone seen this before and come across a solution?
Can you obtain information about what changeset/revision your Galaxy is at now?
Is the history really empty or just not there? This can happen if you have some old JavaScript files cached. Can you try to clear your cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
