Question: (Closed) Jobs not running- Is the main galaxy server down?

None of my jobs are running. I don't think I have any jobs running in hidden datasets and I am only at 38% of my account quota. Even simple jobs- like uploading a 10b text file-has not run for over 2hrs. Is the server down or very busy?

Whatever the issue was, it seems to have cleared up this morning. My jobs are running again.
