My Bowtie2 jobs have been hanging since Friday 1/27/27, and new jobs remain in the queue indefinitely. It does not matter if new FASTQ datasets are loaded and bowtie2 is restarted, it continues to hang forever. Other (low-memory?) jobs can continue fine. Any suggestions on how to get Bowtie2 to run on the main public Galaxy servers? Thank you, -Joe
