Hello,
I have been trying to run a tophat workflow on Galaxy which I have previously run with no issues. Over the last couple of days I repeated get an error message saying 'Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job.' I looked up past posts about people having this issue and it seemed it was a bug - could this be the case again?

Hello, There were some server issues last week at Galaxy Main (http://usegalaxy.org) that were resolved as of Monday morning. If reruns fail for this reason again, double check the inputs to the job that is failing since format problems can often trigger this error.
