Question: Tool error "Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job"

Hello Galaxy team,

I'm trying to align some fastq files to mm10 and the job crashes with this description:

Tool Error : Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job.

Any ideas?

There was a cluster issue since later last night that was corrected a few hours ago. The error message you note is the one most jobs impacted reported. The solution is to re-run any jobs with the same error message now.
