Question: Tool error "Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job"

Hello,

While running Cufflinks in Galaxy, I keep receiving the error "Remote job server indicated a problem running or monitoring this job". I have tried to rerun the job several times, yet I keep getting this error. Any assistance on this would be very much appreciated.

I am having the same problem every time I try to run a Bowtie2. However if I run it on a different public server no such problems occur. Is there a problem with the Galaxy server?

I had this reported via galaxy as a bug. Got an email response back from Jen that there was a cluster error that should be fixed now. Try re-running your jobs.
