Question: STAR: command not found

Hi,

I am trying to run RNA STAR from the galaxy platform and I get the following error:

/galaxy-repl/main/jobdir/018/294/18294273/tool_script.sh: line 9: STAR: command not found

I run this tool a few days ago on the same dataset and with the same settings and it worked well. I do not know how to fix the problem.

Any ideas?
