Hello all.
I´ve tried to run an analysis with RNA STAR but I´ve immediatly got the following error message: "EXITING because of FATAL PARAMETER ERROR: limitGenomeGenerateRAM=31000000000is too small for your genome".
The suggested solution is to increase the limitGenomeGenerateRAM, but I haven´t found the way to do it under the RNA STAR parameters.
Could sb tell me how can I increase this limit in order to run the analysis?
