Would it be possible to add STAR-fusion version 1.2.0 to the galaxy server

I have been looking across galaxy servers and the only version i could find was a single server with 0.2.0, which cant use the output of a previously run RNA-STAR.

Hell,

We are discussing this right now and that includes getting some feedback from the tool wrapper authors. There can be various reasons why certain tools are not appropriate for public servers and we need to clarify those before considering adding it to Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org.

Thanks for asking and we'll follow up with an update once all that is done. It shouldn't be a long wait but if for some reason you don't hear back in a week, please do comment on this post as a reminder and we'll give current status.

Meanwhile, the tool is available for use in your own Galaxy - local, docker, cloudman. https://galaxyproject.org/choices/

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
