Would it be possible to add STAR-fusion version 1.2.0 to the galaxy server
I have been looking across galaxy servers and the only version i could find was a single server with 0.2.0, which cant use the output of a previously run RNA-STAR.

We are discussing this right now and that includes getting some feedback from the tool wrapper authors. There can be various reasons why certain tools are not appropriate for public servers and we need to clarify those before considering adding it to Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org.
