Please recommend instructions for day to day handling of the disk space in galaxy. Ive only done 3 out of 38 samples and its full, so the samples in history need to managed on a weekly basis.

tl,dr: you might be able to get space cleaning up unwanted data, or you can send us an email to galaxy-bugs@lists.galaxyproject.org and ask for larger quota (I think you have more chances when you well-describe your need and when associated with a university)
