When account credentials are modified, there is a six-hour time window to reactivate the account. This time has now passed. The activation email is sent to the account's registered email address (which could be your new email address if you changed it). Sometimes these emails end up in trash or spam the first time.
Send us a direct email from the currently registered account address and we can help to activate the account.
