Question: Problem in changing my registered email address

I went to User > Preferences > Manage information and then changed the email with the new one. I saved the settings but this warning appeared "Uncaught exception in exposed API method:" for a few seconds. When I logged in again, I had to login with my old email since there were no address change at all. Can you help? Thank you. Best, Alessandra

If you are working at a different Galaxy server, contacting the administrators of that instance is how to report the problem.
