Hello colleagues...anyone that you know who could help with the analysis of a sailfish output file? We tried running a kernel CC analysis but we only got the process to crash :(

It is not clear what is going on .. a "crash" could be a tool problem, server problem, data problem, etc...
We suggest double checking the tool parameters plus inputs (content and format). If working at a local or cloud Galaxy, verify that the tools are installed correctly and given enough memory. If you want to share more about the exact error, tool version, and where you are using Galaxy, more help from the community will be possible. If working at Galaxy Main (http://usegalaxy.org) or the issue can be reproduced there and the problem cannot be determined, a bug report can be sent in, however, please review the help in links below first.
