Which tool are you using (full name and version from the top of the tool form) and which output dataset are you referring to (default dataset name assigned by the tool)? Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team

I found the tool: Find lowest diagnostic rank (Galaxy Version 1.0.1). The exact column descriptions are on the tool form under the Example section. In short, these are taxonomic assignments.
