I'm also from the UK and have been having the same problem all morning. I can't log on to the website or the FTP site.

I get the same result from Brazil, I get the error "Failed to connect to usegalaxy.org port 443: Connection refused " when trying to connect to http://usegalaxy.org/ . I wish to get access to the Illumina iDEA Datasets (sub-sampled).
