Question: Cufflinks not working for a week

Hi There, I am trying to run cufflinks for about a week by now but job remains on the cue (grey) for long time.
However I saw a lot of posts about the cluster issue and thought its would be resolved soon. I saw some persons are claiming thats there situation is resolved, but in fact it never worked for me. I deleted and re-run the cufflinks in an interval of 12-24h and didn't have success to obtain a complete result. At this point I am not sure if its only happening with me!!
I had a similar issue 4 weeks ago but was resolved quickly.

Hi, I have a similar problem. Cufflinks is not running for me for the past 3 days. Best TJ
