Hi,
I run Cufflinks on Galaxy public server for 1 week and it did not end. Basically, I faced the next problem:
1) the jobs starts (the light-blue colour changes to yellow)
2) then job stops with out error (yellow colour turns back to light-blue)
Can you give me suggestion about this issue?

Hello,
This is most likely indicating that an input dataset has a problem (such as an error). Check the inputs, correct any with a problem (with a re-run if necessary), making sure to resuming dependencies.

Thank you for your quick response.
I examined my *.bam files but did not find obvious errors. Indeed, the *.bam files were processed by another external program (not present at Galaxy server), indicating that these files are fine.
However, I my explanation was incorrect: the colour of running jobs (yellow), was turned back to grey, indicating that the jobs queued on the server (is it right?). Nevertheless, the jobs did not start anymore even after waiting a week.
Do you have some other suggestion, how to move here?
