Question: Waiting job doesn't run

Hi all! I started a workflow a couple of days ago after some trials I've done last weeks which took nearly a night to complete.

This time with the same dataset and steps the workflow works until trinity then it stops, I mean the status is 'waiting to run' but in the end it doesn't seem to proceed further.

Anyone knows the reason why? Maintenance maybe?

Hello,

An issue between the server running Trinity jobs and Galaxy Main has been corrected. Your assembly job should start up now.

Hi Jennifer! First of all thank you for your help!

However it's a pity to report that even after this correction there must be something wrong occurring again.

The assembly job did not start after your reply and even if I kept it queued during the whole Easter weekend (from Friday until today) today is still 'waiting'. (I also tried to restart the workflow, all the steps completed successfully but at the Trinity step the job stopped)

I am sure about the correctness of the assembling/dataset/workflow as it has been running for many samples during the last weeks with no problems.

Hope my report might help again and that this issue is going to be fixed soon! ;)

Trinity was corrected again mid-day Friday 4/28/17 EST. Please re-run any jobs that failed.

If you have jobs that were started after that time, those will also need to be re-run (and the original grey jobs deleted/purged).
