We would like to find out (and troubleshoot) if there is a wider problem with workflows. Would you please send in an email to from your registered account email address that includes:

  • A share link* to the original workflow and the renamed copy of the workflow from the workaround above
  • A share link* to the history that contains the input data for the workflow. If this data is in a larger history, copy just the input datasets into a new history and share that instead. Datasets can be selected and copied using the History menu (gear icon) function "Copy Datasets"
  • The link to this Biostars post
  • Feedback on if/how the workaround resolved or did not resolve your particular issue
